    Jon Carter - Go Down

Been about a while, I hadn't even heard it until the other day.

May be to the taste of a lot of the House fans on this board, dirty main room, almost proggy House

Yeah that's why I like it.

The tune's pretty average, gets shit in parts, but it's got a really heavy, rolling bassline and that vocal is superb.

Would sound very nice on a big system, and I reckon there's about 99.9% chance of him playing it at Shindig if he's there any time soon (Which I think he is :spangled: )

Jon Carter played it last time he was at the 'Dig' and took the roof off! Pete tong played it at the Shindig birthday party too! Pure Class:D

Sounds awesome in a club like foundation when the lights are low and its smokey as fuck!

Speaking of Soulful House will you be gracing the backroom this friday? :funky: Me and Luke play a little less proggy but Soulful all the same!

He played this at Glastonbury and I was trying to find it when I came back on vinyl but couldn't anywhere (to be fair I probably could have looked harder!).

Not sure what mix this is but the one I heard is quality. It was the first release on his own record label, Saville Row.
