Joining Up going to the navy careers office on thursday and im gunna see what the fittness levels are so i can get in shape b4 i join gunna do it in about 4/5/6 month so im fully in shape and can do all the running and press ups and shit like that coz at the min i cudnt run to catch a bus joined a gym like not sure what i wanna do like which is why im having a meeting with the navy folk, theres a few things i would like to do but there canny advanced and im not a brain box i would like DIVER MINE WARFARE ELECTRONICS WARFARE SUBMARINER failing them just an able seaman
if i was guna go back in the forces it would be the RAF , navy is for gays , army is for people on the front line , RAF is for fly in fly out dont hang about , a friend is a avation technition in cypress,he loves it , go on jimi , fuck off , we wont miss u
Re: Joining Up for the last 7-8 weeks i've been intensive fitness training like, and its worked wonders so far, i posted what i've been doing on another thread - cba to type the list out again i'd recommend on taking some kind of fitness class as well, i've been doing boxerfit once or twice a week and i could tell after 4-5 sessions my fitness + hydration had rapidly improved (regarding as well i was doing other cardio at the gym through the week too). the reason being is that it provides the motivation that some people lack, because at the end of the day in the Navy - your just gonna have a drill sergent do the same - but louder, and you'll have 25kg strapped to ya back running circuits. so prep is everything. when i started 8 weeks i was running for about 10 minutes then getting a bit fucked. now i'm running for 30 minutes and i could probably go for another 30 more - if i had the time + Cross trainer, bike, stepper then weights. it might sound daft but, i feel unlucky as fuck because i can't get in the forces because of my dodgey right ear, if it was fine i'd be in the RAF or Navy like a shot. Might Join the TA for a laugh tho.

had my meeting with one of my personal trainers last neet basicly showing me what i should be doing to get where i wanna be also with the thing im on i get x2 45min sessios a week 1 on 1 with personal trainers so i did it last neet and it killed me going again 2nite takes over an hour to do like 7 mins on bike 7 mins on running machine (not to fast as of yet) 7 mins on the air walkers runner thing 7 mins on the rower x15 leg extension leg curl squat machine lat pulldown shoulder press chest press tricep dip bicep curl abdominals do them at 3 times
