Jerome Thomas (Chart) & Aaron Lennon (Spurs) Both these players have been tipped to get a WC squad place.... I havent seen much of them but I know Thomas plays LWM. Do you think players like this might make the sq or will Svenros stick with the old guard? its getting a bit late to start bringing in newbies
they are both quality players . lennon is in my fantasy team . But i do think they will be intorduced to the the squad after the world cup . If there is an injury to say swp then these two would be looked at if bridge or cole get knocked they will look at probs stewart downing and richardson as the left sidied cover for joe cole . they might get into the euro 2008 squad but i think the world cup has come to early for them .
We need to get rid of the shite forst like Jenas who does not deserve to wear the england top, would much prefere to see these young lads like lennon given a chance
he p[layed laeft and right for spurs this season but he can play anywhere accross the middle looks best on the left tho !
