that happened to a friend of mine, he ended up getting a court summons.

he can't get any type of credit now, and is only allowed pay as you go mobiles 2 years on, as he has still got one of those black credit marks.

It would help if they had taken it out like they should have. I had to renew my contract 2 months ago, I sent back the dd form and they cocked it up.
