For the first time in about 3 years. Of course I didn't have any I.D so I had to walk out of the shop with my head bowed, feeling like a rebellious 16 year old.

To make matters worse, it's my local co-op garage and none of the usual staff were in, just this monstrous new wifey in a pink top giving me a 'well you have to look over 21, and I don't think you do *gay smile* speech. blatantly one of those power tripping idiots cos I blatantly look old enough to buy myself a drink.

I'm gonna get ready to go out then head back down with my I.D and stick it up her big fat hairy arse. :strop:

It's a joke like. I can understand the whole '21' rule, but it's not like I look under 21 and nowhere near 18. I'm heading on for 23 and I think I look it which is why there's only ever about 1% of people (always women) who give me shit just because they can.

Meh. I hope she has a fall on her way home. Then I'll walk past with 'I have to think you look under 21 stone in order to help you, and I don't'.

I'm 23 and get ID'd everywhere i go! From Asda to clubs! Its terrible!

On a positive note (hopefully) when i'm in my 30's, I'll still look like in my 20's!

I got ID'd for a lighter in my co-op a few months back, she actually made me go out to the car and get my wallet aswell, the queue behind me was massive I felt like a total bellend. Im 23 and definately dont look like an arsonist, an arsehole maybe but not an arsonist.

I get asked all the time, doesnt bother me at all

When I first passed my driving test I was pulled over 3 times in one week for looking too young to drive

Then I went into petrol station few weeks after, filled my car up, paid for my petrol and put lottery on, they ID'd me for lottery

I got ID'd aboput 2 years ago for a scratch card. I would'nt have minded but I was 30 years old lol

i remem a few year back when we were partying back at mine and we ran out of joint making material so hutch went to shop and got noccked back at the co-op for bits if paper (skins)

I play them at their own game when they ID me. I stand there with my Credit Card and tell them "I'm about to pay for this with a credit card. You have to be 18 to have a credit card. If you don't believe that I'm 18 then this can't be my credit card and you are going to have to inform the police".

Usually works, but I always carry ID now after the experience of drinking in Brisbane where everywhere asks anyone who looks under 30 for ID on a weekend (I expect Britain's new "if you look under 25" 'policy' to change to a "if you look under 30" policy before long).

The best thing was i wasnt saying i was 19 or just over cos am fkn 27, the lass looked younger than us all

Anyway.. I never got to stick my I.D up her sweaty cheeks cos when I went down for the second time she never even I.D'd me. She's a total spanner and I'm gonna make it my duty to let her know from now on. :samurai: :angry:

i actually got id'd on curry night at the cock crow inn in pelaw a few months back, the woman point blank refused to serve me for food and in the end charlotte (who's just turned 19) had to go up with her driving license and order the food.

why dont people just carry I.D, its not difficult

the only id i have is a passport, which im not going to risk losing.
