   They're CD Images.
   
   You either need to burn them to CD (using Nero, Easy CD Creator, Toast or the like) or mount them on a virtual drive (using Nero Imagedrive, Alcohol 120%).

   if it's any kind of video/audio within the iso you can open it directly using vlc media player
