Anyone know if you can buy these in the UK? Just had a look on the apple site but they only ship to the US.

They're already going on ebay for £160 PLUS DELIVERY!!!!

SEE - stuff sells on ebay for more than it retails for!

Would've had one for $199, it's only about £110. Not paying £160+ though.

Really? nice - when solid state memory gets capacities like that, things will run much faster.

OS's boot in seconds from a flash drive.

Looks like it.. tbh it was only a matter of time before advancements like this were made..

6.8Ghz doesn't suprise me.. in a laptop perhaps it does a little but I'm sure Intel and AMD have this sorta technology already..
I've seen a video of someone pushing 5.25Ghz outta a northwood core P4 usinf liquid nitrogen.. and that was 3 years ago or something now.. so it seems logical that this sorta advancement coulda been made.. although 256MB onbaod Cache.. think its level 2.. is quite something.

As for the NvIOpSRAM thats got me feeling pretty excited.. 2TB laser beam read RAM.. can only be a good thing, as long as its not like RDRAM ie incrediblt expensive and priced outta the mainstream market.

Did u see the RRP of one of these units??? $8500 - $15000....
