Ipod help please

    Ipod help please

    I have some music on my ipod which i want to transfer to my pc...All the programs i have found which allow me to do this i have to pay for...Anyone know a way where i wont have to pay???

    Suprisingly enough it doesnt do it!! It'll put em on but it wont take em off

    i did it on my boss's. Plug it in... scroll down the left hand column (dunno whats it's called!) and click on the ipod itself - then it allows u to backup the stuff - i've done it!

    it may have been on a different machine to what the original files were tranfered from..


    defo done it - honest!

    I'll have another go tomorrow but l'm sure it doesnt, coz the ripper l've got came out of my mates ipod magazine, they wouldnt give you a piece of (in theory) useless software would they?

    Plus l messed around with it for ages and it wouldnt let me deffo

    I'm pretty sure Itunes can't do it like.. there was loadsa media coverage about piracy so they made the system work in a way where you can only transfer one way..

    It def doesnt do it, but l've got a ripper anyway so all is good.

    I agree about ipods being a ball breaker, when l upgrade l wont be getting another one (There wasnt anything else around when l got mine...) l still :love: it though

    Don't you need to get anipod explorer or something??

    Who could be arsed like - iriver -> mates computers -> rapidly full :D
