I have only ever had two interview's since i left school, one at some dodgy insurance company and one for npower nearly 5 years ago.

I have one today for a much higher position - still within npower - and i'm soiling myself.

i've got to go to Next at dinner time to buy a tie too

i tried but i left it to late to borrow one and my dad has the worst tie collection known to man.

When im interviewing people I always look for confident, bright and funny people,

Some tips:- relax, give eye contact, ask questions, look assertive, know a little about the job your going for and smile

best of luck mate, i can only give you a couple of bits of advice;

be polite and well mannered, opening doors for people is a good way of doing this

my bro told me a trick that never fails to impress, for a company like npower find out there stock value for today then when they ask what you know about the company it makes you look interestes.

i am 17 so if this fails blame my dad not me ok?

In my experience it's the little things that you wouldn't normally think of that go a long way. For example be confident but not cocky, give a strong handshake and always give eye contact. Also, when you leave, shake the interviewers hand and tell him/her that you really want to be given the opportunity to show them what you can do and that you look forward to hearing from them soon.....

Listen to me with my interview technique bullshit, eh

UM - always smile, convey positive words like "can", "will", "gladly", "great", "challenges" etc. and avoid negative words like "shouldn't", "can't", "sorry", "bad", "problems".
