Internet help please A friend of mine has Orange broadband and they can get on some websites but not others. eg, HSBC, Nucastle works, Halifax, Barclays, Ebay dont Ive tried a ping test and they time out on the ones that dont work Has anyone any suggestions please?
Has he upgraded to IE7 or his Windows Live Messenger lately? It could be SSL causing the issue. Can he get onto amazon?
ive since brought his computer to my house as i also have orange, and its working fine here Also, when I connect my laptop to his connection, it works fine. Its as if his connection cant run on anything but xp, very weird
