Broccoli Music Promotions bringing London’s Indiesexual to the Tooooooon….
An all dayer of bands, DJ’s, BBQ and debauchery.
    Saturday June 3rd. 2006
@ Stereo Newcastle Upon Tyne, Quayside

Bringing you 4 of Indiesexual’s top London bands alongside 5 class bands from the North East.
    1pm til late
5 quid entry on the door for the entire day

    Hatcham Social…
    “The new Kinks” Smiths magazine
    “Lyrical genius” John Kennedy XFM
“Like an orgy between Madness and The Smiths” -Ted Hails

    The Direction…
”a rather nattily scruffed looking band from London. Remember that scene in Get Carter when Micheal Caine goes into the rough as f**k local boozer in Newcastle? Well, imagine there was a band playing early Who covers in the corner. That's what they're like” -XFM

The Tommies…" Think infectious harmonies, think crashing guitars, think a shedload British musical heritage distilled for the naughties - think THE TOMMIES!!" Rob Massey-Soho Strut Magazine

Dirty Electric….“Great new band exciting crowds and labels with their own unique riffs and dancable rhythms, with great catchy tunes to boot.
Dirty, hot and sweaty....yet delectable!” - John Craven

    Representing the North East:

    South Street…
    “Absolutely brilliant” -NME
“A heavenly racket, we urge you to see this band”
    -The Crack

    Downfall Of Paris…
“The most exciting band I’ve heard in a long time”

Seventythree“Seventythree come along and knock you into the middle of next week!" - www.heathenangel.co.uk

The Romance“The Romance are 4 young scoundrels seeking solace and shelter in the grim surroundings of their homelands... Formed in and around the murky grey skyline of Teesside, the band we're drawn together for their love of music and a good pop tune.
The Band have recently played with bands such as Babyshambles, The Paddingtons, The Cribs and Arctic Monkeys and are currently playing in various venues up and down the country” www.myspace.com/theromancemusic

DJ’s…Leila, Marc and Ben (Mickey9’s) plus Neil (Ignition) playing a mix of Indie electro, punk rock and 60’s garage.
