in need of help hi can anybody help me im haveing trouble getting on to my msn it just fails every time i try, saying either my connection is failing or theres a prob with them but it cant be as im on line and sum times says msn is haveing probs but i can get on to it its just when i try to sign in probs no real prob im just shit with computers help pls need to get my emails:spangled:
no i can go on the msn and hotmail but as soon as i sign in it says there is something either with my internet connection or my passwords wrong wich both ov them is bull s h i t
Re: no eh? your MSN and hotmail passwords will be exactly the same - if u can get in one,. you should be ok with the other. canu access your hotmail? if not, it sounds like your password is wrong , possibly meaning you've been hacked.
no i cant get into nothing to do with msn its pi ssing me off as need to get my emails any idea of what to do im shit with computers
Re: no right, now we're getting somewhere. so, basically your password isn't working. 2 options 1) password you're typing is wrong 2) you may have been hacked/locked out. You need to get intouch with MSN hotmail and get the to sort it out - they'll ask you questions about what details u gave when u filled it in so they can re-send u your password. Other option is your account might be fooked for good. i never use hotmail/msn - full of holes and easily hacked by 12 year old americans from Utah. anyone else had this bother?
ok em even tryied reinstalling msn and that doesnt vwork either ill ring them do you have any contact details for msn chears 4 your help
