All hypothetically speaking of course, if you were a prospective wanna-be club owner promoter with the right amount of coin behind you; would you open up a club in newcastle, and where would your idillic location be?

me and a few people from work debated on this through today and couldent really come to a decent conclusion on where the actual 'sweet spot' of newcastle would be in terms of the people it attracts and the kind of venue it would be.

Personally, if i had the cash behind me on such a venture - i would go about rennovating a previously used space that hasnt been used for a club.

Take the old odeon - strip it out and spend a shitload on decking it out, stick 2 secondary rooms in and fill it full of funktion1. however my mates pointed out that yes it probably would be good - but the high ceilings would make it another rave chasom of death, much like digital. then talk of lowered ceilings came into play and i almost threw a half thawed salmon off an idiot that mentioned the return of foundation.

    discuss or abuse?

When i got told about the one in Edinburgh i searched for it on the tinterweb i could only find one in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Must not have searched hard enough as i have just found it but looking at the menu it doesn't have half the stuff we had in Edinburgh.

Has... Sirlion Steak, Topside Beef, Pork, Chicken, Five Spice Pork, Char Siu, Shark Steak, Salmon, Sardine, Prawn, Squid, Crab Stick, Mussel

The one we went to had that plus imported Crocodile, Wild Boar, Sprinbok, Ostrich, Zebra and a few others i cant remember.

Zebra was nice like, Springbok was the only thing i tried which wasn't nice, it was so touch like what eating leather was like.

Ostrich was the nicest, just like the most tender and meaty steak you could imagine was totally lush.
