    If it pulls off...

And Ashley stops fucking around with this club once & for all were actually looking to have a decent squad next season for the Championship.

Martins now adds to the list of those pledging his future to the Club in hope to bounce us back up, I never in a million years even contemplated him staying, far too good. If it happens he'll be deadly in the Championship.

i still can't see it happening, but if he does, even if its just until Jan he will be immense.

i am hoping Hull place a bid for Nolan as a few paper and sources have said as well, we could do with him off the wage bill, i dont think what he offers justifies the money we pay him

Not surprising really, as he's never going to get anywhere near the money he's on at the moment anywhere else.

Hmmm the ones who have said they wanna stay so far:

    Damien Duff
    Peter Lovenkrands
    Alan Smith
    Jose Enrique
    Habib Beye
    Joey Barton
    Obafemi Martins

Not suprisingly all of them are i dare say on more than 50k a week, it wont be a case of keeping them i think he WILL HAVE to get rid of them to get them off the wage bill and its then we need to look to bring in players for maybe a season, id sign Beckford from Leeds tho straight away as he is proven, we also need to get rid of people like Coloccini / Cacapa / Nolan and obv Michael Owen is away now is agency have produced a 30 page booklet on how he plays football, i bet thats got some raker pics of sick beds and what he does when he is off injured the stuck up little short arsed twat....

Least he isn't injury prone tho thats the main thing aye....

Did you hear about it, his agency or manager or summit have designed some manual or summit for interested clubs :

Striker Michael Owen's management company has sent out a 34-page brochure, highlighting his goal-scoring skills and commercial value, to eight Premier League clubs as he looks to resurrect his career following Newcastle's relegation from the Premier League.

    WTF?

I wonder if any of my jobs have got one sent....

As a leeds fan there is no way that Beckford is proven in the championship as we play in league one and he may score a lot of goals against shit teams in the big games it is all too much for him, Millwall at home in the play offs he misses a penalty and put in a worse performance than shola you could tell he could not take the pressure, delph and snodgrass on the other hand are much better players.

 Fabian Delph will be a world beater soon.

i would love it if Newcastle couls sign Delph, Lee Mattock and Daniel Fox but it think there will be premiership interest in the 3 of them

"The document details Owen's career achievements, outlines "Brand Values" and informing those lurking in the market that he retains global appeal - and, perhaps most importantly, it also contains a four-page medical review reassuring the doubters that he is fit and healthy."

Off BBC news about Michael Owen, I wonder who wrote the medical review saying he is fit and healthy?... Dr Nick off The Simpsons probably.

i see no reason why we couldn't get mattock and fox if we hurry up and get a buyer and get a boss with stability (or at least try lol), Delph, fair enough is prem standard like.

I think Owen will struggle to find a decent top flight club tbh, if he does he's also gunna have to accept the invevitable in taking a huge pay cut... which means a huge 'fuck you' to Newcastle who he's milked to death.

£120k a week man? The Clubs fukin stupid.
