Thisis the kind of thing that happens when you let the scum into a decent stadium ;)

Mr Van Dyke has some explaining to do... Not used to watching beeter teams than sunderland even if Azabijan are only slighty better than the mackems

    Amen too that

tbf fair though if that match was played anywhere it would have been the same. The turkey match had so much riding on it and after what happened to those two leeds fans it wasn't just about football!

Still one of the best games i've been to though :)

And how you know they were Mags?

There was flags from most clubs there, it was more than likely idiotic fans from the Cola leagues

I dont think i met one person from up here the entire afternoon to be fair, everyone sat near me was a cockney and the lads we had a bit of banter with in Idols were mancs and from Nottingham, the banter in the bars before hand was first class shame the match was a bit of a let down, i have never climbed so many stairs in my life to get to the seat i was in i had to stop half way to catch my breath   my honest assesment of St James park is that the two stands that have been developed are impressive but are to high up which makes the other two stands just look daft, its seems like the character of the place has been taken away a bit with so many fans sitting so far away from were the action is at, it is a nice stadium but a bit to higgeldy piggeldy.

I would not go to the match if I had to sit in level 7, but the ground is bang in the city centre which makes it a cut above most grounds as it is all about location, location, location.

Lap dances pre match only 2mins away from the ground & all major transport links near by as well:cool:

My mate brought a lad who he works with who is a Newcastle fan and he was saying his season ticket was about four rows down from where we were (which means his season ticket seat is about 10 rows from back of Milburn stand) and he pays over £600 for it, i could not spend that much money myself on a seat that had you so far way from the action.

All the cool people sit in level 7..

Seriously speaking though, I prefer being further back. I can't stand games where I'm in the front few rows, I hate not having a wider view of the action (having spent 4 seasons now in the Milburn L7 I'm used to seeing everything that goes on).

The only thing I don't agree with is having to pay £568 for my seat when others pay loads less. :(
