I want some proper photos from my digital photos. Whats the best way of doing this?

    I want some proper photos from my digital photos. Whats the best way of doing this?

    Do they have to be on my camera card or what? :confused:

    if u want them printed in a shop, aye, they've got to be on a memory card. But Boots is pretty flexible. Give them a ring, maybe if u stick them on a CDR they migth be able to do something with them. If u go to a proper print shop, they'll be able to print owt, but it's not as cheap as a high street type place. Give Boots a ring - i know the big one in Eldon Sq are pretty flexible.

    Aye, most big film processors will take yer smartcard.

    If they're not on the smart card anymore is it possible to get them back onto it? :confused:

    Sorry Lee, I know nowt about this sort of thing, I was gonna buy a digi camera a few months back, gonna wait a bit though now:)

    you can get smart card reader for yer pc. my mate bought a fancy pc from pc world or somewhere (mug) and it came with loads of slots for various digital camera cards, and it displays them like a hard drive. Copy stuff backwards and forwards. he's never used it like. doesn't own a digital camera. muppet.

    take your memory card /cd into jessops. they do a day service, and he pcs work out at about 15p each, if u have 40+ printed.

    bang em on a cd (not cdrw) an take em down to boots...

    i went to jessops down here an they fukked mine up, wouldn't give me the cd back either!:evil: :evil:

    i got mine from boots an they're good quality:)

    think they do a 1 hour service too...

    either uplkoad them to an online service or take them to boots on a cdr in the most uncompressed format you have them in. they were doing an offer where 50 prints were a fiver not so long ago, maybe its still on?

    Just an additional thought.........will the size of the image matter much as long as its a reasonable size?

    higher res = better image quality
