Why should these ppl be in danger of losing their jobs? surely this is a breach of human rights. I hate the BNP, but I actually agree with this. I can however understand why some public bodies don't want their employees to be BNP members, particularly the Police given their historic problems with racism. It's a tricky one.

this is why I am always banging on about the loss of our rights. Once you start to pick and choose who is allowed to speak and what political parties are allowed to exist then democracy ends. The BNP revolts me but it should have the right to put it's case and be tested in open argument with those who think they are wrong. witch hunts and blacklists are the tools of fascism not a democracy.
