    I-Tunes

Wont now update me Ipod :(

It's saying that "The software used for communicating with the Ipod is not installed correctly - please re-install I-Tunes to install the Ipods software"

It's the first time this has happened, i have re-installed the software about 3 times since and to no avail :(

Anyone help, or is there owt else i can use to just drag n drop if this wont work ??

    Cheers :)

I've this a few times before, l sorted it by

Uninstalling itunes completely, then deleteing the install directory (Eg c:\programfiles\itunes) then reinstalling and it should be fine

Its important you del the directory or it wont fix the prob

You deleted the directory on the computer right?

You do this by going into

    My computer,
    then go into program files,
then find the itunes directory and right click then choose delete, that will remove the directory and if you reinstall it should be fine

It took me agaes to work out how to fix it when l first got the problem!
