I need a new (cheap) MP3 player!! Right, I bought a new one about a year back now for £60-ish...one of the cheapest around! However this has just broken, as I dropped it and it now rattles when I shake it So I need a new one. I don't want an Ipod type one because I'm not forking that much out when all I want is something small which plays MP3s. BUT I do want something a bit better than the broken one I have, as it didn't have a screen telling me the track number or anything. Can anyone recommend good places to buy them (shops in Newcastle or websites) or even better...any good models that cost less than/around £100. I've searched google, but I've never heard of a lot of the sites which sell them so don't want to trust them unless someone else has used them Advice anyone?
erm, the creative muvo with the screen on aint too bad... other than that, look for someone with the white Ipod headphones and mug them.
Just been looking at the Creative site, and the muvo doesn't look that bad, but its £180 Still...I might stretch to it. Why are they so fucking expensive?? Though your second suggestion may come in handy as a last resort @Ian...they're gonna be fucking expensive too aren't they?
EBAY bought one for my son at xmas retails for £100 got it for £35 he skateboards with it and it gets knocked around a bit and it still works ok its about the size of your index finger with screen etc....
