    HTML target question..

What can be used in HTML for targets?

I know you can use frames but are there any other elements that can be used?
I'm aware that tables can't be used..

I'm basically after something that a information can be loaded into upon the clicking of a button, but I don't want a full screen refresh.

Any ideas? I know its a pretty bizarre request.

    Thanks. :D
