How Good was ian brown at glasto. Absolutely immense , first 3-4 songs all stone roses they should reform
Re: How Good ian brown is an always has been a god the roses would never reform, ian and john squire dont get on ian brown at carling academy in november, im there!
exactly nothing worse than seeing legends touring about being merely 'good' or 'very good' the roses were 'magic and it should be left that way i hate it when great bands reform, or even go on too long, and spoil their legacy
one album in my eyes they did plently of stuff before the first album, 4 years they were going the second was 4 years too late, and the magic had already gone
missed him for soulwax, shame tho cos i grew up listening to the roses... they won't reform for many reasons aside from the fact that john squire is an utter prick and they despise each other... that aside, john squire is imensley talented shame it all went to wast on bot like the seahorses.. the mint royale mix of waterfall is gold.
I think he did "I wanan be adored", "made of stone", "waterfall" and maybe one other...sally sinamen i think then he did a weird new one and then a mint version of Golden Haze from his second solo album. HE WAS BACK TO FORM LIKE Liam gallagher is a poor imitation of the king if IAN is king monkey, gallagher is a fuckin rat
The Seahorses were horrendous and were just a chance for Squire to prove that he could make a guitar wobble like noone else Saying that they were responsible for the classic line 'Strap-on Sally , Chased Him Down The Alley'
