how do you ban yourself from using promise at work?

    how do you ban yourself from using promise at work?

    ok i'm being serious.. i'm addicted again.

    i have access to our server at work, and i use opera.

    i need to ban myself from this website.

    does opera have any features where you can ban certain sites? or is there anything i can do on the server?

    Does your work server run a firewall?
    I would presume it does..
    Just ban the site on the firewall and everytime you try to access it, it should be forbidden..

    open:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

    in notepad

    you should see...

    127.0.0.1 localhost

    enter a line after this so it now reads

    127.0.0.1 localhost
    127.0.0.1 promisealways.com
    127.0.0.1 www.promisealways.com

    save it.
