How do I report fake goods with Amazon? We bought some GHD 4 hair straighteners through one of Amazon's 3rd part sellers back in May. They've been a bit iffy for a while now so my sister took them into work (hair dressers) to see if they could get an exchange done, but the manufacturer sent them back because they're not actually GHD's.. they're fakes. Amazon has a 'Problem with this order' button but the order appears to be too old now for anything to happen through this method. Does anyone know of a different plan of action I could take? Cheers
Re: How do I report fake goods with Amazon? You're still covered for a refund as all electrical goods have a one year guarantee by law. Contact amazon for a refund. Then shop the cunt to trading standards
