How did you find out about Promise?

Right, how did all you lot find out about Prmoise? For me, it was only when I saw that Jules was doing a set live on R1 that did it for me, otherwise i d have probably not battered an eyelid, think I saw a poster, thought I ll give it a go, once inside I saw loads of signs for the promise website, which is how i got on here.

I'd heard in mentioned from people at crasher, and on the crasher board. I never had any interest in hauling my ass up there until I came on the board for myself though.

Used to go to Shindig all the time a few years ago. But had not been in a while.

Me and the Man Of Sicence were part of the "Legecy Support Team" at our old employer. The third member of our team, "The Gav Mac", had produced a couple of tracks and just got himself a recording contract. He was gettin one of his tunes played at Promise that night, approx 2 years ago.

We were going to Reverb at the old Powerhouse on Fridays at this time. Can't remember who was on that night, but it was rammed.

Basically there were no decent club nights in Newcastle on a Friday night so as soon as Promise started that was where to go.
Think Jeremy Healy was on the first night,it's been through a lot of changes since then

    Powerhouse in Newcastle

Madonna Megamix upstairs and cheesy trance downstairs. Nice.
