...but I'd never have one at my place, too much shit goes off!

Have you had a house party and regretted it afterwards?

Loads, I always have them when my mam goes away. I hate tidying up afterwards, you always get left to do it by yourself.:(
    House parties are class though:D

many, at my parents gaff and my own. :(

horrid things have happened loads of times, the worst having to be after a party for my 17th bday at my parents house.

party was fine, no one broke anything to expensive and after we had cleaned up the house looked well respectable.

then later on we were then sat in the conservatory when all of a sudden we heard a massive bang. the noise was a door in another room slamming (had opened all the windows to get some fresh air and get rid of the smell of smoke). at first thought nothing of it, until i got up later went to said room, and then upon opening the door discovered all the coving from the around the edges of the room had come down. :(

needless to say parents didn't believe the truth and bollocked me for having a party. :( :( :(

Yeah loads - comes with the territory of owning a flat I guess.

Woke up to some right messes on Mondays. Nothing worse than waking up a bit worse for wear on the Monday rushing out to work and returning absolutely fucked at 5pm knowing you have to clean up all your ash trays, all your coffee mug-ash trays, all the glasses in your flat, all the plates and cups in your flat, hoover every room in the flat, go and get toilet paper (cause burds use the lot at parties, do they eat it?), milk, juice, tea bags and anything else that has been slevered on or ate, clean any clothes that have been borrowed (half the wardrobe usually) and last but not least Febreeze to get rid of that vodka and coke stale smell that lingers for days.

After parties are great. :D ;)

Love parties at others houses just not at my own...something always get smashed...
1/ washing line after a couple of 'friends' decided to pole dance with it
2/ Hamster...after some other 'friends' dropped chewing gum on it and then decided to c if it would stick to the walls...(it lost its fur and died soon after....they'd also been giving it poppers)
3/Kitchen carpet had to be thrown out after some one put their tab out on it.
4/dining room table (hot rocks and tab burn)
5/ Blinds in the kitchen after a game of 'who's skinniest enough to climb through the window before Terri gets homw from clubbing'

and numerous broken plant pots...ornaments and burns....and aftershock stains meant I retired from throwing house parties....

Clubbing wouldn't be the same without afta parties!

I haven't had too much damage at mine. There have been little mishaps like Stew D climbing out of fizz's bedroom window to hide from sum1 and falling thru the conservatory, or people just throwing tabs into the bath in the hope they would go out! (NO! there's no water in the bath, u stupid boy, it'll burn the fukka!) Other probs are just the usual; sink gettin blocked wi tab dumps, blackcurrant juice on the carpet (dunno how my carpet has stood the test) and poss a couple of hot rock burns to the sofa. All in all i suppose i've been pretty lucky considering the amount of people and afta parties have been in my house!

The real shitter, as others say, is clearing up afta. When u come downstairs and the living room looks like the afta-math of september 11 it kinda brings you further down!!

I always respect other people's houses when I'm in them, I greatly appreciate it when people risk having their house wrecked for an afterparty and the owner is usually too fucked to notice things getting smashed so I try to keep an eye out - have a fukking good laugh though :D
