hmmmmmm

trying to log in and its saying that my password incorrect, so i go to the reset password page and

it gives you a choice of send email to reset or answer secret question the email goes to my hotmail account and the alternate email which i havent set one up for

the secret question is not one i have set
so therefore cant get in change password etc

can any one help

hapened 2 me once email them then tell them if u can name a few people on ya msn list n that they send u a new reset link

im confused and its doing my head in as need to get something of my email urgently

there dosent seem to be a help email address

tech support are useless hey replied back with the steps to do it on msn the ones i cant do as they aint set up
