    Hosting a mix?

    Hello everyone!

    Has any lovely person got some webspace with which they can upload a mix for me? :love:

    Its a live mix recorded at my night Contagious :)

    128kbps is good enough, it's CD quality :)

    160kbps is preferable but above that you probably won't notice much of a difference.

    128 is not CD quality.... sounds like you've stuffed your speakers with pillows

    oh it says it's CD quality, I know what you mean, it just doesn't sound CD quality

    You should never put studio mixes up for download which are less than 192


    Any CD's you hand out should be a WAV file or at minimum 320kbps MP3

    can u notice the difference between 192 and 320k mp3?

    as long as its at least 192 all is good.

    less than 192 is a big no-no :down:

    At home i definitely can, especially if im listening to it on headphones


    On a loud system i cant




    But if you are mixing MP3's that are less than 320kbps then there is no point in recording at 320 but that obvious
