The quality on home printers these days is really good, even the cheap ones can print good quality, the good thing about hp is they have special cartridges for printing photo and they work really well (other manufactuers my do them to but not sure). Also remember that the better paper quality you buy the better the picture will be.

ive got an epson r300 and it prints photos out in really good quality.

    i was well impressed

it comes with free photo quality postcard size paper so you can print photos out.

the printer also prints onto cds with amazing quality.

you can ge replacement ink cartridges for £1.30 or somet off www.ukdvdr.co.uk

it takes 6 cartridges so you can fill each one up seperatly.

its also got pictbridge so you can plug your digital camea straight into it and prit them off fro the camera without using a pc. you can also buy a seperate viewing monitor to plug into the top which is good for use with pictbridge.

the printer is about £85 and is well worth it.
