the whole of san antonio is a shithole though, i don't see why you'd want to stay there when you're probably going to spend a lot of your nights and days there anyway?

if you've got the money, stay in ibiza town. if you haven't, just stay as far noth as you can. sta eulalia is lovely :cool2:

Allie, you do know that people go to that island at that time of year with the sole intention of getting completely fucked up, dont you?

i think the idea of being able to crawl out of the club and straight in to bed is higher on the agenda than picturesque scenery and a quiet evening in after a nice restaurant meal :D

Most people are, but not all!! I'll be heading out for the 7th time this year and always take the time to see the other side of Ibiza...it's so beautiful! We combine clubbing with wine tasting trips in the mountains, trips to Formentera and different beaches each year.

It's a fukin nightmare taxi wise. I've stayed in the town once & in the Bay 2 seasons back & had a nightmare both times, had to walk into San An just about every night to meet mates for drinks which was a good 40 minute trek.

Dont get me wrong the peace is bliss & you can relax a lot more at the fact you belongings are a little safer at night when you go out but iv'e never stayed out of San Antonio since & never would (unless I was heading over there on a chilled out jolly), it's just to much of a fuck on otherwise.

    Q

Poniente is horrible, no aircon and full of scottish.

I love Calo Del Moro tho (thats where you are) its perfectly located... just far enought from the west end to avoid the mayhem but close enought to walk to nearly everywhere you would want to be that side of the island.

There is a 24hr supermarket and some great resturants... plus Neptuno's pub is wicked for cheap pre going out beers and free web access.

Kanya is so 2003 tho stay clear.

Id also recommend Bookies BBQ held weekly on the rocks just down from you its on from 8 until the gardia make him chuck his Barbie away
