HMV bargains! was in hmv las night, and saw that they are flogging off some essential selection CDs for £2 each! i got the spring 98, the summer 98 and one wif tong/oakenfold/cox on! quality trancey stuff at reducued prices!
I saw those the otehr day too. A while ago I picked up two Fantazia CDs from '97 in HMV MetroCentre for £2 each too.
Right, just purchased the Spring '99 Essential Collection for £1.99. What can I say? Damn sexy summery House music on disc 1. Such classics as Armand Van Helden's 'Flowers', Pete Heller's 'Big Love' and Soulsearcher's 'I Can't Get Enough'. I feel Mauro Picotto's 'Lizard' a bit inappropriate for the last tune on this disc though. Disc 2 is a bit deeper and trancier, with such tunes as Origin - 'Wide Eyed Angel', Three Drives - 'Greece 200', Humate - 'Love Stimulation', etc. Still a great buy though. Can't exactly argue at two quid!
