    If the mother said she wanted to died if she ever was only kept alive by machines then let her die as for the kid let it be born. Just cause the dad was nuts and the mother's dead there's no need to kill the kid. It can have a good life if kept by the mother's family or be adopted by a good family.

    Why persecute the child for it's dad being a fuck up?

    Its a difficult one but the situation isn't the babies fault so wether the father is a murderer or not shouldn't make a difference. Depending on when u think the baby in the womb becomes a living person you will have different beliefs on what rights the baby has. It doesn't say what stage the baby is at so I will keep my opinions to myself for now.

    You could argue tho that because it's still able to have an abortion, it's not a human yet (now there's a debate for you)

    Also, the fact that the state is making the decision for them, not the parents of the girl, the state, another thing you could debate on whether that's right or wrong
