Music in Crasher (Plastic Boy, Love Shines Through and loads more i can't remember due to being very very drunk )

Seeing Julesy for the first time (even though I flaked and left halfway through his set)

The people I've been with all weekend (thanks folks

Good shit that alcohol like innit - ill remember to get muchos bottelas of that nxt time - as for the weekend mate it was one to remember totally - ive never enjoyed it so much tho for me Crasher wasnt as good as loads of other peeps think - i needed more kip and then i would of been sweet - lol @ Sparky gettin kidnapped and the bus on the way home hmmmmm interesting so to speak - am gutted myself now like as its all over n was lookin forward to it all last week - me bank balance has been hit well and truly but to ge honest its nowt new and i dont give a fuck - cheers to all that made the weekend what it was and i look forward to doin it all again soon !!!!

HIGHS : Having one of the best nites of my life on friday nite! The music was mint, and I couldn't of asked for better company, and also getting my tarot card reading done, which was cool!

LOWS : Total paranoia - AGAIN! And telling everyone about it, which made me completly worse, but cheers to Si, who helped me get through it - AGAIN!

Sorry to hear bout that - like i hardly know ya anyways but its harsh as fuck and to be honest it has ruined Crasher 2 times for me and thats the last two times that ive went there - i dunno what its off but i know for fact that its not nice and when ya in a rammed club like i was fuckin hell was hard - if i didnt have me mates there and on the bus back then id of fuckin went stoopid - thanks to them - they know who they are

Im gonna fight this bastard paranoia like no way its gettin better of me EVER OK EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

C'mon, we'll fight it together! I can't go out every weekend thinking that el maraca's gonna kill me, or something silly like that!
But when paranoia's in your head, you can't get it out!

Anyone got any tips on beating paranoia? Would be much apprciated!

Many a time ive been totally gutted as me night is spoilt by it and i feel like ive spoilt others too which makes me more - i know what peeps will say when i tell them and its along the lines of "Keep or stop the *****" its not always that, tho i know it dont help coz i used to be fine and could go anywhere and love whats goin on - lately me heads be slowly goin up me arse as the night hits like the best parts and to me it makes me sick - cant see myself throwin in the towel yet like gonna ask Jeeves soon me thinks

I dunno, tis a complete cunt though when it gets ya, dont get it all the time but is horrible sometimes had it really bad at Picotto last october, had to smudge up me shades and wear them, couldnt see a fukkin thing but it helped, pathetic innit. Had it for a bit at SSS t'other week but it went away thank fukk. Got it dead bad at Red n Black cos I was sweaty and thought I stank so bought a new t-shirt at the shop, trouble is they only had a green 1, so I was the only person out of 2000 or so wearing something not red or black and felt like everyone was looking at me, jeez!

dunno what causes it, well I do, but it doesnt all the time, just sometimes... ya kna what I mean. Only way I can deal with it is find a v good mate and go hide in a corner till it goes away. Seen some ppl get it real bad, only way to help em is keep telling them everything's ok, all their mates still love em, they havent pissed anyone off, said anything terrible by mistake, and no-ones gonna kill em.

nasty stuff, some ppl never seem to get it and dont understand how bad it gets sometimes. Hope this isnt one of them posts SmartE doesn't want us posting or am I just being para lol
