http://www.promisealways.com/messages/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3113 Not much help, but that was the way I saw it.
I would have loved to gone. I think Hernan is the Bolloxs. The only problem was the amount of money spent on friday. Never mind
i went and what a fukin amazing nite!!!! he is a exellent dj, mixing, the way he built his set, just all can really say bout the nite is that music wise UNREAL!!! BUT............... i cant describe the difference b-tween the crowds of promise and shindig!! dont know whether it was down to been at prom on fri and been very messy & then going to shindig with no sleep and somehow gettin even more fkd on sat but i got so scared as i thought for bout 30mins hernan was gonna drop bass in the place and every fucker was gonna start biting each other(aargghhh) so went and sat in corner with my poppers and fink i done my m8's head in a bit by txting her random shit oopp's. but will be going bk for satoshi tommie!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was there and it was pretty damn good, although I had to leave about 1.45 (I had no money, and therefore was gonna have to walk home for 40 minutes by myself if I didn't leave with my mates to get a taxi). Hernan was canny rocking, plenty of female vocally songs earlier on, then it all went deeper and was shaping up well for the last hour, but then I went home. There was a few tunes I recognised by ear but the only one that I managed to get was the new Mooncat one out on Low Pressings.
Gutted i missed him, but like a few others was completely skint, have to catch him next time. Gonna get a copy of his new album, aits ment to be really good.
Would have liked to have seen him but like so many others am totally skinted. Saw him at sugarshacks 8th b'day before oaky. Mr.Cattaneo was better in my opinion.
Hopefully the dig will book him again soon, i heard he only plays in the UK during the summer so it could be a possibility...... ......watch this space! (well, not litterally!)
I'm sure Scott Bradford came on this site not long after the messageboard started and said that Hernan Catteneo would be playing a couple of times between May and October.
