    Help>>>>>

    trying to print off my work PC but keep getting pop up saying "Could not start print job", tried to go in to printer properties but get another pop up saying "Printer properties could not be displayed. The print spooler service is not running".

    Anyone got any ideas how to sort this n why its happened??

    This might work : Shut the PC down, turn the printer off. Leave for 10 seconds, printer on, let it settle for a few seconds then PC back on. Try again.

    Failing that, click on start, go to "run", and type in services.msc... then scroll down the list till you reach the "Print Spooler" service. Check that it is running (this will be displayed in the "Status" column...

    If not, right click on the service and select "Start" :) :D :fart:

    Lmao whenever im rang up to sort sumit out i always tell them to restart the pc 1st try again and if it still dosent work to phone me back !!!

    the IT fella had to come n fix it.I think the "good kick" might have done more harm than good!! oooops!
