    Help please

I get this error message whenever I try to click on any file or folder within a particular folder. All the files and files within other folder contain avi or mpeg files

Edit: It actually happens a few seconds after I open this folder, before I try to open any files

Thanks, could it be that I'm using a beta version of vlc that could be the problem?

iirc I had an error similar to this not too long ago..

You should be able to use VLC's browse option to rename, copy and move the files from that folder.. plus you should be able to burn them to CD through nero etc..

If you get long enough try turning off thumbnail view in that folder..

Turn it to list or something..
Its probably something to do with explorer not being able to display an image for a thumbnail of a particular file.
