very nice, propper student area, just off osbourne road, so bit noisy at night. but pretty cool... soo many bars on your door step... always quite fancied living there!

most of the students in jesmond are the type with trust funds, just at uni for the experience then off to work in daddy's company! house prices in the area are stooopid!

some of them are massive!

Me and mick went to that tesco after purvy's bday! Full of hotties! i'll defo come and visit

i wud advise not to buy food/drink etc from the shops in jesmond tho im sure u pay more. u will hav to stock up from nearby cheaper places

i could get together a 'sign stealers started pack' for you. It comes with a few signs, possibly even some banners, a road cone (WITH a light on) and a handy guide on how not to get caught

i had a lecture form the ceo of tesco and apparently in jesmond they dont do a cheap range cos its well known for it being a posher type of area so they dont sell the cheap tesco value stuff the rip off gits :evil:
