have i been hacked/virus? latley my msn messenger goes all dodgy n i have 2 restart, but also everytime i start up my computer load up internet i have a new homepage everytime n the site's r always 2 do with hacking n that?!!?!?
Sounds more like a advertising scam to be honest dood, lots of companies will re-write your registry so every time explorer open it sends you directly an advertising website.... Re-installing explorer should fix it.... And msn always fucks up... but it doesn't sound like you've been hacked.
I hate those c***s. Get a proper virus program, use it, keep it updated, and do a scan. I can get ya a CD on Fri if you want

dont think tis a virus tho mate so virus software wont fix it.... its basically spyware....sticks files onto ya pc and entries into ya registrry and tracks where u go etc and annoys the lie outta ya with adverts and the like... have a search on the net for adaware....summit like that will help..
You can also get Virus's like this, one i found set your homepage to different sites... normally porn though, which isnt always a bad thing

Best of all its free If this doesnt pick up the problem then chances are it is a virus so get a hold of a copy of Norton Antivirus which should deal with the problem!!!
