How annoyingly harsh is this board turning?

This messagebaoard is one of the most friendly boards I've ever experienced - I do love it and most the people on it.... hence my stupidily high post count.

Lately though a few people have got slightly upitiy and started taking the piss out of people left right and centre, this isn't gurn.net - harshness aint cool - its fine and well putting someone down in jest but when every post you make is an insult you come across as a complete nobber.
