    Harry Potter 5

Found it a bit boring to be honest.

If you strip away the magic etc you'd be left with a very bland film.

Structurally it is almost identical to the last film and it really doesn't hit you with any major revelations or drive the overall story forward like I thought it would.

The kids have definitely got better as actors but Radcliffe is never going to win an Oscar like.

The films quality increases in every scene Gary Oldman pops up in, but even he can't detract from the fact that it just feels like you've seen it all before.

    I'd give it a 6/10.

I quite enjoyed it altho it did seem a bit dull. It missed far too much out (no Quidditch at all?? :spangled: and Kreacher is hardly in it!) and I think you need to of read the book to fully appreciate a lot of things, like Tonks' metamorphmagus, Fred & George's joke shop stuff, even Luny Luna.

Everything seemed too rushed too and it seemed that every character other than Harry only had about 3 lines each. It might be just me as well that sits there and thinks, it just didnt happen like that

Michael Gambon as Dumbledore is just a mistake imo. I will never like him, altho he was better in this one than the others.

They only got away with the graphics of Hagrid's brother cos of the darkness in the forest. Bit of a let down I thought.

I liked how they emphasised the 3's friendship. It was cute when they all sat there and laughed.

The last half hour was most enjoyable, the battle scenes, as usual. I nearly cried when Sirius died :( aww.

Easily the best Harry Potter film so far...not the best book but the film was the darkest and most entertaining yet.

Not bad, very dark film think there was only 3-4 scenes with daylight. Plods on ok, bit random jumping from story to story. Battle at the end made the film but could of been longer. Was dissapointed moody wasnt in it more like him, but his new little side kick with the red hair was quite fit. Next one is suppost to be brilliant so im looking forward to it, i think this one is the one every saga has the story film. Still worth a look.

I'd only read the beginning part of the book a couple of years ago but everything i read was just how I'd imagined it, Sirius' house especially.

I didn't think the film was upto much tbh.
