    After spending Halloween in America I always thought it was a shame we didn't go all out and make an occasion of it. This year seems slightly different though and a bit more of an effort has been made.

    The news this morning said that businesses selling Halloween goods are expecting to make a fortune this year.

    That fancy dress shop near Munchies has been packed everytime I've gone past over the last few weeks too.

    I remember going Halloween'ing weeks before the actual day, telling all the Neighbours i was going on holiday & would miss the 31st.
    I used to do the same with Xmas carolling... although couldnt sing & tried to kick the arse out of it still in early January.
    I used to hammer the newly built houses as they always gave you quids at a time.

    Shocking, anything to get money to go to Boys Club.

    I used to go up some of the posh houses as they always gave you quids. Non of this sweety shite. We used to think we'd totally scored with something like £17 between 4 of us.

    Tbf, we probably had. There's no way I'll be dishing out quids to the kids that come knocking tonight.

    with regards to what proudy was saying about going to the posh houses lmao. there used to be a yank family in aquite a big house not far from my mam and dads in seaham and we used to go knocking on any occasion about seven nights in a row.
