    I take it its O/T ?

    Think of the ££ man, i wont miss a weekends O/T now so tend to work one on one off cos its all ya can do and works out ok with me having season ticket n generally going out all day match day, you cant do like two in a row cos of some fkn EU Ruling at our place.

    WTF?! Is that the thing where you can't work over so many hours a week?:spangled:

    I do a canny bit of overtime now like. this morning was optional overtime, 6am til 10am. Back home early enough but you're sacrificing ya lie in.:( It's an easy 60quid though.

    Aye it is, i have two jobs as it is and wouldnt need a 2nd job if i could work every weekend, obviously i wouldnt id probs work 3 outa 4 if i could cos id end up more done in than i get now.

    You can only work Sat & Sun n nowt the next or one day one weekend n one day the next, its fkn stupid.

    I get aye on more from a weekends work at me main job overtime than a month at me 2nd :lol:

    Different areas of the Dss have no rules, some people a know fkn hammer it to death n rightly so like.

    That's fucking shite! Are you a civil servant like?

    Our place has no rules, you see some people working over 30hours overtime a week (no exaggeration)

    I'd never get a second job because like you say, you can earn alot more in this job doing double time on a sunday or something. If I do a 10 hour shift on a sunday it would be £200. I'd need to work about 40hrs in a £5 an hour job to get that.:cry:
