Fry up, paracetamol, plenty of fluid - 5 mile run (or at least some exercise) - winner :cool2:

    Exercise

    Sugar

    Lots of caffeine

Lots of food (especially carbs to soak the booze up)

    Sauna / Steam Room

Essentially just whatever it takes to get the booze through your system .... and tons of water.

Bacon sandwich and a can of coke, though Ribena is good too. Try to eat something as soon as you can, then try to get a bit of exercise later on to get your body up and running again.
