    This is a downloadable demo through steam for HL2 owners, with HDR etc. it looks fuckin gorgeous :eek:

    he actually drops it later and u can pick it up with the gravity gun, and fire it at enemies, impaling them :D

    thats in game aswell people. :)

    i have mates who have only played console games and they never believe that this is how some pc games look while running. be it on a fast pc

    thinks ill be gettin a copy of this,,,only just finihsed HL2 for the 2nd time,,

    it is fanbloodytatsic,,

    dunno if u knew this but Counter strike jus started as a simple mod for HL, turned in2 one of the biggest online multi player gmaes in history.

    lost coast is just a tech demo mate, it shows off new lighting effects. the level itself only lasts about 15 minutes. but the eye candy is gorgeous :)

    its free download over steam anyway, so if ur graphics card is decent try it out :D

    and yeah , i played Counter Strike from Beta 5.2, that was almost 6 years ago i think. Wicked game :)

    not sure mate, i think its more aimed at the new end stuff. Ive got a geforce 6800gt, its good... but its not top end any more.

    Just started playing :D

    It's not for anything but bleeding edge though... Unless you have a radeon 9800 or above (and a gig of ram) I wouldn't bother, it's like jerkovision.
