they knew already what they were doing was illegal and they knew by the time everything had gone thru the courts and they were TOLD to free them, they'd had plenty of time to get what they need from the prisoners - i mean, how long has this place been open? 4 years? loads of time to do what they wanted while the courts waste their time doing it the 'proper' way
