    Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have attempted to make a DVD twice today using 2 different types of DVD-R, the 1st lot i bought were - dvds & it turned out i needed + or x ones (i didnt know this when i bought em)

Then i took those back and have bought 1-4x ones and they dont fucking work either!!!!

My burner takes 4x2 4x8x16x10x40x so why wont it accept the ones i have just bought if they are 4x?? What do i need instead?

    :dunce:

This came from the bloke who sold me the Discs - "there are 2 types - (as in minus) and + ones. the minus ones did not work at all on my PC?

I checked the spec (that i have) of my burner and it says that these are compatible 4x2 4x8x16x10x40x????? It means nowt to me which is why i asked here :(

When you launch Nero express at the top right of the screen there are two little drop down tabs, one for CD & one for DVD, its set by default to CD and i hadnt noticed them before (it still let me go through the motions of making a DVD but right at the end once its all decoded it was expecting a CD-R instead of a DVD-R), anyway i selected DVD & i now have movies :D
