    grrrr

    Right, i just got a new phone and yesterday i installed the software provided so i could transfer pics/music to it. Its a motorola v635. it worked fine yesterday but it stopped working (wouldnt transfer anymore all of a sudden) so i uninstalled/reinstalled but that didnt work!

    When i plug the usb in it recognises it and goes through the install process but the actual software doesnt appear anywhere when it says its finished :confused: :evil:

    It appears to install correctly but the software i need is nowhere to be found afterwards :cry:

    sorted, i needed to uninstall the USB modem from the control panel and re install that.
