great north run! not 4 a while i know, but registration has already started 4 it, and training regimes etc will have to start soon... anyone planning on doing the next one?
I thought registration finished months ago? I'm doing it for the National Blood Transfusion Service again and they sent me all the stuff in the post quite a while back.
there r still loads ands loads of charities u can run 4 tho, just have to meet the minimum donations they have

i might be doing next year's run, because i'll need to train more than up to this one to get my fitness right where it needs to be - nee way am gonna struggle at the back with everyone at the end! chances are al probably just peg it to heworth and jog the rest of the way
i did it last year. I thought surely if nanas and that can do it, itll be a piece of piss. Fuck that. Im still short of breath.
