    Great North Run.. Again.

I've started my own thread as i don't want to take away from Lulu's own fundraising. I am also running the great north run this year for the charity Shelter. For those of you who don't know much about what Shelter do they are primarily concerned with bridging the poverty gap. Their work ranges from finding homes for homeless children and adults, to re-housing the poorest members of our society. They work all over the UK and really do make a difference to many thousands of lives.

I'm running the race with my sister and we're hoping to raise over a £1000 each. We are also going to be appearing in a short film to be shown on itv to highlight some of the good work Shelter is doing in the north east.

Please give generously and Thank You in advance for any of your support. :)

you can donate online via http://www.justgiving.com/chrisbooth for those of you who don't see me on a more regular basis.

I'll do the same for you as for Lulu - you put in £5, ostensibly from me, and I'll put in £5 from you when I do the South Downs Challenge.

Interested in the website - can you do it for any charity and event?

I'll sponsor you a tenner if you put a picture of your sister up in her underwear.

I'm doing it too, but I sense a broken ankle coming on in late September..
