Great North Run: A Blatant Sponsorship Request

Having forgotten the pain of last year, I have signed up for the annual ordeal once more.

This year, I'll be splitting any sponsership money 50/50 between Oxfam and Jubilee Debt Relief.

I'm sure you've all heard of Oxfam and know what they're about, but thought I'd put some more information in about Debt Relief if anyone's interested.

Anything you can spare much appreciated, I'll be happy to send pics from the day to anyone who does :D

    Thanks very much

I did the GNR twice. I'll never understand why I did it the second time. Beat my time by 13 seconds though!!!!!

    Alright, I'll bite :D

Jubilee debt relief - look at the statistics. Per pound, they have a far greater impact on the economics of nations than just giving the money direct.

Every time I want to do a fucking charity event I get injured :( I wish I could chop my legs off and drink for charity. Even then I'd probably develop some form of injury that stops me participating.

I would have sponsored you as i am a firm believer in everything oxfam does, havent taken the time to read the other to be fair but i'm sure it's also a just cause....

However, after swapping sponsors with various other people all over the place i am now having to find a rather large amount of money to put forward myself.

Anyway good luck with it all, and may the best man win. :)
