    Great Childhood Movies ..........

    ........ that don't quite cut it now that we've, ahem, grown up.

    Just bought Condorman cos it was one of the first films I saw at cinema and loved it.
    OH DEAR another smashed childhood memory!

    Still love the bit where the car comes out of the gypsy caravan and gets chased by the black Porsche's's's'

    for that exact reason - i've not watched it yet!!! although, i did watch the start AND i fast forwarded to the porche chase scene - i SOOOOOOOO wanted one of those cars as a kid :eek:

    I hate it when this happens, you watch a film you were obsessed with as a kid and now you think it is'nt even very good lol.:(

    Weekend at Bernie's is another one.
    I used to think it was hilarious but after watching it recently, it was a bit naff.
    Funny how your taste grows up.

    I used to love it when I was a kid buty I did'nt get it for some reason. I was really young like! Then i bought it last year and thought it was'nt upto much lol. That robots laugh is hilarious:lol:

    bmx bandits was on tv not so long ago - it was CLASS! 2 sterotypical baddies... top amusement! so was flight of the navigator

    How can anyone say ther goonies doesnt quite cut it now its one of the greatest films ever made man :D
